God is on the move at Ignite Church.

We are so proud of our Women and their testimonies last Sunday. We have an awesome Women’s Ministry starting up here at Ignite Church. The ladies that the Lord has sent here to began this ministry is incredible. We were so blessed with each one that spoke and the fire and excitement even from the ones that did not speak. What a wonderful passion these ladies have started to pour into other ladies and our young ladies here at Ignite. We are looking forward to great and mighty things through this ministry.

We hope you are having a wonderful week. As usual, it has been a very busy week with planning, hospital visits, funerals and ministry but oh what a blessing. We are excited to see everyone on Sunday. What a great day it will be. From our prayer time at 9:15am until our Ignite Family Night at 6pm, it is all about Jesus. Hoping to do life with you all this Sunday.

Make spending time with Jesus and His Church a priority in your life. You will be glad you did. A preacher once said, “To what degree will I enjoy Heaven, about the same degree I used my life on earth to glorify Jesus.”

WOW. This has been the busiest week at Ignite Church to date. We have been in meetings, working at the new Church, driving skid steer loaders at Ignite Lake, mowing grass at Ignite Lake, fixing games at Ignite Lake, moving dirt, cleaning Church, Reading, Teaching and Studying God’s Word, counseling, looking at copiers, buying telephones, arranging telephones and internet service at the new Church, working on an Eagle Scout project, and on and on and on. What a JOY and BLESSING to be a part of and to serve such wonderful people. God is good. From all the staff and deacons at Ignite Church, we thank you for allowing us to serve you and love you.

Men, PLEASE don’t forget to come out to Ignite Lake, 5518 Bizzle Grove Church Road, Princeton NC, this afternoon. Please bring your son’s and daughter’s…The Church is providing the food for dinner and breakfast. You will need a tent, sleeping bag, snacks, drinks, fishing gear, chairs, and any games you would like to bring. The new Ignite Lake is located only a few miles from the Church. We will camp tonight (if you want) have fun, fellowship, fishing, food by Jerry Creech, a devotion by Greg Jenkins and fire side stories by Dickie Braswell, and so much more. You do not want to miss the devotion, stories, or the food. Then in the morning we will have breakfast by the fire and a devotion. Please come out Saturday morning even if you do not camp Friday Night. SUPPORT YOUR MEN’S MINISTRY…

Thanks to Dickie Braswell for the loan of and use of some of the most beautiful land in the county. He has allowed this land, over 100 acres of pure heaven, to be used for the purpose of fellowship and enjoyment for Ignite Church and her members (partners). Be sure to thank him for his generosity.

TEEN NIGHT – We will hold our first teen night on April 29th from 6pm until 10pm. All teens from 6th grade to 12th grade are encouraged to participate. All adults that are interested to work and help with a youth group are invited as well. We will have a movie, pizza, and some games. Come join the fun as we move forward in the Student Ministry. Parents, you can have a date night…

The Ladies retreat is FULL. If you are interested in going, Please see Fran Riddle or Jana Branscome to get on the waiting list. God is so good to us…

Our next Ignite Fellowship night is April 24th. We will start at 6pm with food, oh yea, and then have a movie and fellowship. Going to be a wonderful time. The movie will be about the loss of TRUTH in our society and the importance of getting it back. You DO NOT want to miss this event.

Well, may we just say, Happy Easter. We are looking forward to a wonderful Easter Sunday with you tomorrow at Ignite Church. We will have a Worship Service celebrating our Risen Savior. Then, immediately following the worship service, we will have a communion service and testimony time to remember what Jesus has done for us.

We are not sure what to expect as far as crowd but we are expecting God to do something amazing. May we ask that you park in the spaces away from the front of the Church and allow our Visitors to park there. Thank you so much for making our visitors feel at home. Dr. Adrian Rogers use to say, “People love to go to Church, where people love to go to Church.” We love to go to Ignite… You make her great.

We have specifically added SPECIAL elements to the Children’s Programs this Easter. Don’t let your children miss the 10:00am Sunday School or the 11:00am Children’s Church. It’s going to be amazing time for them…

This Sunday night is our monthly “Ignite Family Night.” There will be hotdogs, hamburgers, popcorn, fun, fellowship, encouragement, and ALSO, a Easter Egg Hunt for our children. Don’t miss all the great things that are going to happen this Sunday night at 6:30pm.

This Sunday morning at 9:15am we will gather to pray for the souls, the saints, and the service and many general prayer requests that have come in. Please join us as we seek God’s favor on the service.

Over the next three weeks, at the 11am Worship Hour, we will have a SPECIAL TIME planned for the preschool through 4th or 5th grade. This will be a class that takes the children through the Easter story using Easter Eggs and hidden treasures inside each egg that tell the story of Jesus and His resurrection. You do not want your child to miss even one Sunday of this great event. Please join us for “A Very Special Easter” @ 11am each Sunday.

We hope you have had a wonderful week. There are so many things going on at Ignite Church and we are excited to tell you about them. So here goes…

This is the week end that we set our clocks forward one (1) hour so we will be on time for Church Sunday. Saturday night before you go to bed, set that clock forward one hour, and enjoy losing one hour of sleep. Sorry, we had to do that. No sleeping during worship on Sunday morning so go to bed early…

This Saturday morning, we will hold our monthly scheduled “Ignite the Man Within” meeting. This is for men of all ages. The meeting will start @ 7:30am with breakfast and end at 9am so the men can get home and get their “Honey Do” lists done… Please register by Friday midnight so we can have a count on how many biscuits to order.

We are going to hold an Easter Egg hunt for our children and are in need of plastic eggs and small candy, toys, and items that can go inside the eggs. Please drop off  any supplies that you would like to donate on Sunday or Wednesday. Thank you for being AWESOME.

We have Window Stickers for your car at the Church. You can get one for cost. The small size is $3 and the large size is $5. Show people how much you love your Church… Thanks Mitch and Lisa for getting this going.

We are excited about what God is doing at Ignite and in the people that call her home. Looking forward to seeing Jesus change us even more this Sunday.

Men’s Ministry Meeting Saturday, March 12th @ 7:30am – Free Breakfast if you register on the web site, www.ignitechurchnc.org/events – Calling ALL men and young men to come and be encouraged as we unleash the Man Within that God has built and placed within each of us. Please remember, this ministry is for all ages. Men, we have a responsibility to pour ourselves into the young boys that we know to teach them what a man of God looks and acts like. If there is a household with no father figure, please invite these young men to come and enjoy the fun of becoming a young man for Jesus.

We are looking for volunteers to help lead our Sunday night and Wednesday night studies for Children Ministry and Student Ministry. If you are interested in these ministries, please see Pastor Gary for details.

1. Debbie Bissette, member of Ignite, lost her sister this past week and the visitation will be today at Casey’s Funeral Home in Princeton from 2pm to 4pm. Debbie and her family do appreciate your prayers.
2. You can still make a donation to Cory, son of Greg & Shelly, and Dylan, son of Dan & Keri, and Stephen, son of Steve and Cindy, who lost everything in their house fire two weeks ago. Make your check out to Ignite Church and on the memo line, put Disaster Relief. All the family’s and the young men have been so appreciative of the outpouring of Love and seeing the hand of God work through this disaster.

“Ignite the Man Within”

Men’s Ministry meeting starts up on Saturday, March 12 @ 7:30am (Free Breakfast) and will continue on the second Saturday of each month. ALL AGES ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME. We want all the young men to come so that we can encourage them and pour ourselves into them to become young men of God.

ALSO…

If you would like to be part of starting a Children’s Ministry and Student Ministry on each Sunday night from 6:30pm to 7:30pm and each Wednesday night from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, please let Pastor Gary know. We are looking for volunteers to help lead these ministries and helpers to pour JESUS into our children and students.
