Prayers Needed…

Greg and Shelly Jenkins’ son Corey, Dan & Keri Powells’ son Dylan, and Steve and Cindy Fordyces’ son Stephen, lost their home to an early morning fire on Friday. It is a total lost. The Church has set up an emergency fund to help these three young men with clothing and the necessities. You can make a tax deductible gift to Ignite Church, with Disaster Relief in the memo line. We have also opened a store front unit to hold any household items and furniture that you may want to donate. Thanks for your outpouring of love at this time of need…

We will be decorating tonight, if weather permits, at 7:30pm at the Church for the Marriage Conference. The conference is full with almost 50 people. Praise the Lord. If you have registered and would like to help decorate, please join us tonight at 7:30pm.

The Annual Marriage Conference is this Saturday Night at 5pm. This is an event that required a per-registration and has now closed and is full due to catering. The Conference will begin with a meal at 5pm and will end around 8pm.

Wow. What a week. Awesome Bible Study of Chapter 5 in the book of Daniel Wednesday night with a great turn out even with the all the rain. Here is a picture of the one’s that braved all the downpour… lol. Just kidding.

REMINDER:

This Sunday Morning at 9:15am, we will kick off our weekly Sunday Morning Prayer meeting. It will start at 9:15am and end at 9:45am. Come join us for a time to pray for the Service, Souls and the Saints…

Sunday School with start this Sunday at 10am until 10:45am. Bring the whole family. We have classes for everyone.

Superbowl fellowship after our Sunday Night Bible Study. We will start our study at 5:30pm… 5:30pm instead of the regular time. Then we will enjoy finger food and snacks while we watch the Panthers and Broncos play football. Please cook and bring your favorite finger food for all to enjoy. I was told there will be some World Famous Clam Chowder there as well… Yum

Come E X P E C T I N G…

The men are back from the Annual Men’s Prayer Advance and are on FIRE… We grew to love Jesus more, each other more, our wives more and our children more. Come out tomorrow @ 11am and hear their hearts. God is so good and He has put true leaders here at the Ignite Church. 

— 6pm tomorrow night is our monthly fellowship – we will have a movie night and the men have chosen a movie that you will absolutely love. Please bring some finger food and join us at 6pm sharp. 

Sunday School will Kick Off on February 7th at 10am. HOWEVER, in the morning at 10am, – we are holding a SS Roundtable to talk about the classes. Please come tomorrow if you are planning to be a part of a SS class starting February 7th at 10am.

Also, starting on February 7th @ 9:15am, we will hold a 30 minute time of prayer called, “Ignite the Prayer,” to go before the throne of God to pray for the Services, Souls, and the Saints. Please join us each Sunday morning, starting February 7th, at 9:15am for a time of prayer.

The men of Ignite are on fire and ready to lead Ignite into the future. What a blessing to be a part of a Church that is sold out to Jesus. See you tomorrow… Come expecting something great from Jesus and He will not disappoint.

I am excited to see my Church family tomorrow. Check these events out and make some notes on your calendar.

Starting on February 7th @ 10am we will have classes for Nursery, Young Children, Middle and High School Youth, and Adults. Please make plans to be there to kick this ministry off in high gear.

Part two of three, of the New Members class, “Ignite a Member” will be held this Sunday Night at 6:30pm. These classes are required to join Ignite Church.

Tomorrow is going to be a great day. Why you ask? Because a devoted number of Jesus Freaks are going to gather together and worship Jesus and learn His Word. That makes for a great day.

He will indeed make all things new… Tomorrow at 11am.

If you want to join Ignite Church, the New Members class will start tomorrow night at 6:30pm. These are required classes to join. There will be four consecutive classes held on the next four Sunday Nights. Please make an effort to be there. Another class will be offered in March for those unable to attend.

“Twas Ignite before Christmas”… I so appreciate Riley Naylor for bringing that to my attention… What a catchy saying. Twas IGNITE before Christmas.

Just a few items to share to get you pumped for Christmas and Ignite Church. Thursday, I meet with a group of men and we have started the process of building the new facility. Anybody wanting to help with the process, let me know. We have to take down some metal studs now to get ready to frame the new walls. Maybe by March, we will be in and watching Jesus work. Please be in prayer as this is a HUGH move for a church plant but as the Lord blesses, we want to be faithful. Go God for that…

Also, it’s CHRISTMAS. We have a couple of dates that are going to be awesome. December 20th – This Sunday at Worship, 11am, we will worship Jesus and thank Him for being our Justifier. We will also be taking our first communion. Yea, praise the Lord. I can hardly wait to worship, preach, and take communion with all of you. Also, @ 5:30pm – we will share in soup, chili and grilled cheese sandwiches, yum. We will then watch “Saving Christmas” at 6pm. Please do not miss any of these opportunities.

December 23rd – Twas IGNITE before Christmas – Come join us for a special night as we play games, eat snacks, fellowship, have a devotion, and a lot of family fun.

December is here! Are you ready for Christmas? We are at Ignite. We are ready to worship the King. We have a month of awesome Worship and Bible teaching planned as we seek Jesus our Savior. This Sunday we will see Mary the Magnificent. Why this title? Because she MAGNIFIED the Lord. I believe the Lord has spoken and given specific messages as we move through the Christmas season this year. We are praying that this Christmas will be different for all of us as we see Christmas through new eyes. May these eyes be focused on Jesus.

We will continue our Sunday night study on “Saving Christmas” throughout December and culminating on December 20th with a soup and chili dinner at 5:30pm. We will then watch the whole movie at 6:00pm. Make plans to attend and see Christmas through new eyes…

Ignite Church now has a new Text Message Service. If you would like to receive text messages, maybe two per week, send a text message to 81010 with the message @theig and then follow instructions. This is a private and confidential service. No numbers are ever shared nor can any number be seen.

We will be decorating the Church for Christmas this Saturday at 5pm. All are invited to come and enjoy the fellowship and fun.

Also, no Sunday PM Service this week due to Thanksgiving.
